About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and people-focused Marketing & Content Creation Intern to join our team. You’ll support our digital marketing efforts, help build our visual brand, and contribute content that connects with our clients online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of treatments, the clinic, and client transformations
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Write captions and assist with stories, reels, and other visual content
• Brainstorm and propose new content ideas and campaigns
• Assist with email marketing and digital promotions
• Engage with followers and online inquiries where appropriate
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
• Work closely with the business owner to plan and execute social media strategies

Requirements

• Confident using a smartphone or camera to take professional-looking photos and videos
• Strong photo/video editing skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut, Adobe apps, etc.)
• Experience with posting and managing social media accounts
• Creativity in content creation and campaign ideas
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative without constant direction
• Excellent communication skills – clear, polite, and professional
• Well-presented, courteous, and client-facing – as the role involves working in a beauty clinic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Reliable and punctual with a passion for learning
• Based in Melbourne with the ability to commute to Templestowe 1–2 days a week
